Since 2004, the owners of Yeowarra Hill, Bronwyn and Keith Thomas, have hosted events at its beautiful winery, function rooms and gardens.
The site of Yeowarra Hill was chosen because of its incredible views towards Lake Colac and the Warrion hills to the north, while the front garden enjoys a southerly aspect with views towards the Otway Ranges.
Yeowarra Hill began as a family owned vineyard, which was established in 1998 amongst 80 acres of rural grazing land with plantings of Chardonnay (1.5 acres) and Pinot Noir (2.5 acres). The first commercial, handpicked crop for the Yeowarra Hill label was picked in 2006. Wine tastings and cellar door sales are now available.
The Yeowarra Hill function centre and wedding reception venue was later established and has since become a favourite romantic setting for many brides and grooms wanting to celebrate their day with a romantic country wedding.
Over time, Yeowarra Hill has also become renowned for its exquisite catering and dining. As well as catering for events onsite, we now also supply catering throughout the Otways for functions catering for 30 to up to 350 people.
Yeowarra Hill has evolved to include party hire. We regularly host large events onsite and now have a significant range of quality party hire available.
