It’s great to see a little sunshine nudging in on the winter rain – pruning is complete, the dams are full and our Colac vineyard has had a great soaking. All is in readiness for spring bud-burst.
Spring! Don’t we just love this time of year – looking forward to warmer days and nights with everything freshening up and taking on a new green tinge? The sun is shining, the birds are singing and the weeds are growing fast.

Once we get over the dullness of winter, spring leads us forward and starts us thinking of spring fashions, spring carnival and bubbles – lots of bubbles!
Yeowarra Hill Pinot Noir Chardonnay Vintage Cuvee fits the bubbles bill perfectly! This beautifully balanced sparkling wine is made exclusively from pinot noir and chardonnay grapes sourced from our Colac vineyard and is a perfect example of what this winery can produce in the hinterland of the Otway ranges.
The wine features subtle citrus aromas with lifted strawberry and brioche notes. The combination on the palate of a delicate mousse and a tangy finish has produced a sparkling wine of elegance and distinction.
Recently released, this 2013 Yeowarra Hill vintage cuvee has been made using traditional methods and is sure to please the most discerning of sparkling drinkers.
